I am trying to install the Striate reader application on a user's machine, and while the installation completes successfully, the application does not open. When I double-click it, it prompts for installation again, and this repeats even after reinstalling and also I've tried installing from the Administrator account but it repeats the same. I recently installed this application on my computer and it works properly. There are multiple causes that make Striata Reader stop working properly (a corrupt or a missing file, a failed automatically update, etc.). I suggest you to perform a fresh installation of this software. Go to Control Panel > Uninstall a program > search there Striata Reader and hit uninstall. After that a great idea would be to download the latest version. You can download it from its official webpage or you can download it through Software Informer application's page. After the download is complete, open the setup file and start the installation once again.
I have visited the official site for Striata Reader. I have made the selection between 32-bit and 64-bit and have read through the Terms. There are, however, no further options relating to download for Windows 8. Can you help?

The application is available for downloading from the official website. I was able to download the 64bit version for Windows 8 without any errors. If you can't download the package, then use the following direct download URL: https://reader.striata.com/downloads/win64/striata-reader.exe
